Prestige Whitening returns Policy?
If for any reason you have received the incorrect products or the products you have received are faulty, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the issue further.
You are entailed to a full refund once the product is received unfortunately this is not included for the cost of the return postage. Please be aware that we are not able to refund or exchange any used items or items that appear to be used, or not in the original condition.
- Email your return request form which can be downloaded and found in the forms section below, along side with a photograph of the product returning to email@example.com
- Once we have received the products and it has been approved and well packaged and meets the requirements outlined above then you should receive a full refund in 5 working days
- Please make sure you track your delivery service to ensure that your parcel has reached us safely
- Make sure you provide our customer service team your tracking information to firstname.lastname@example.org

Return Terms and Guidelines:
- Returned items that we receive must be unused, unopened and complete with original plastic wrapping.
- Prestige Whitening is not responsible for the return shipping cost of any products that has been bought.
- Please make sure that the items are well packaged and not damaged before sending
- Please make sure you send a photograph of the products along side with the return form to email@example.com
- Please note that we are not responsible for any goods that are lost or damage in the return of the transit
- Please make sure that the return forms have been approved by our customer service team- without an approval your return form may not be processed.
